Payment
Payment must be received before attending a class. Seats are only confirmed after payment is received. All classes are filled on a "first pay, first serve" basis. Domestic customers must use a credit-card for payment. International customers have the option of credit-card or international wire transfer (see instructions below). International customers that require a Visa will be placed on a priority wait list and will not hold a confirmed seat in the class until their Visa is confirmed. Credit cards will be processed at time of registration.
Cancellation, Refund and Reschedule Policy
To be eligible for a full refund, the student must notify SkyPilot of the cancellation at least 10 business days prior to the start date. If student cancels between 10 and 5 business days prior to the start date, then they will be eligible to receive a reimbursement of 50% of the tuition. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received within 5 business days of the start date. All cancellations must be provided in writing and sent via email to training@skypilot.com. At the time of cancellation, the student may elect to reschedule their reservation to a future class.
SkyPilot reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient registrations (i.e not enough students). All confirmed students will be notified of such cancellation at least 1 week in advance and will be given an opportunity to reschedule into a future class or receive a full refund. Credit-card refunds can take 30-60 days before they are processed and appear on your statement.
